Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is it possible to add on another assembly and/or training to a package? Yes, packages can be customized. 2. How long are the assemblies? 70 minutes. However, this does not include time getting the kids in and out of the assembly. For older students 3rd grade and up the assemblies can be 75 minutes. 3. What kind of equipment will Jim need for his presentations? Jim will bring a medium sized flip chart with a stand. A microphone will be the only equipment necessary that the school needs to provide. Jim will bring everything else he needs to present. 4. Who should we make checks payable to? Checks should be made payable to: James P. Bisenius, and payment should be sent to the address on your invoice 5. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? We ask that schools notify us at least two weeks in advance if a booked presentation needs to be rescheduled. In the event that Jim must cancel due to transportation problems beyond his control, illness, or an emergency, we agree to provide a 20% discount for the rescheduled date. If a snow day happens, Jim will reschedule with the school at the earliest date possible, and all invoices remain the same. 6. What is your policy on recording the presentations? Audio and Video Recorders may not be used during any of the student presentations due to student involvement. Please contact if you would like to videotape an adult training. 7. May we make copies of written materials? Yes, Jim grants permission for all written materials to be copied and distributed to parents, staff, and students of the school for non-commercial use. 9. How much are travel expenses? Mileage will be charged for any school outside of a 50 mile radius from downtown Columbus, Ohio. The rate is 48.5 cents per mile. If an overnight stay is required due to distance we will discuss lodging costs with the school involved. We make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible. Jim will always stay in the least expensive lodging in order to save schools money. Almost always under $75.00 per night.
